Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Italia is seeking a customer service professional to manage order validation, confirmation, and monitoring for Italian customers. You will ensure clear communication between customers and internal production, handling issues and escalations as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Language or Economics, SAP experience, and fluency in English and German; French is a plus. Prior customer service experience is beneficial for success in this position.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Language or Economics; advanced degree preferred or compensating experience.
Professional experience in customer service is a plus.
Fluent-level English and German; French considered a plus.

Mansioni

Order Validation & Entry: validate and enter orders accurately.
Order Confirmation: confirm receipt, creation and delivery of orders.
Monitoring & Management: track order status and manage claims/returns.
Communication: maintain clear communication between customers and internal production.
Customer Support: act as primary contact for customers and escalate issues as needed.
Projects & Initiatives: support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
