Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or related field with required coursework in design, structural tech, materials and environmental control systems.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating knowledge of architectural principles and construction design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical analyses and time impact analyses to support government pre-negotiation positions for cost and schedule.
• Provide technical services/consultation in design and construction across multiple engineering areas.
• Monitor construction budget and time constraints to ensure funding requirements are met.
• Develop design criteria and engineering specifications for construction projects.
• Investigate, evaluate and resolve construction project issues.
• Input and reporting using computer-based programs including e-Contracts, ESAMS, Primavera and Microsoft Project.
