Job summary

Qualifications

• TSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and nationwide for trainings, meetings, and tradeshows.
• Ability to communicate effectively in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical information by demonstrating CT product features.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training on software and applications.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through ongoing education trainings and performance optimization.
• Support trade shows and conferences with product demonstrations and training.
• Assist commercial and marketing teams with sales tools and messaging.
• Provide post-training reports and feedback to Sales and Service teams.
