Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites recent graduates to join the HQ Motorsport Manufacturing team in a dynamic materials management setting. You will gain hands-on experience supporting material planning, stock management, and intercompany flows across Romania, Turkey and Brasil.

Expect a collaborative environment with opportunities to develop digital tools, analyze CAPTT and OEE data, and contribute to daily operation management in an industrial context.

Competenze

• A degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management or related discipline.
• Strong ability to work with datasets and manipulate numerical information reliably.
• Analytical skills.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python also recommended.

Mansioni

• Collecting demand for materials based on monthly production forecast.
• Defining intercompany material production plan according to available capacity, managing constrains and possible bottlenecks.
• Monitoring on weekly base the intercompany flow in order to ensure material availability for the productions.
• Supporting materials stock management together with logistic and suppliers.
• Improving and developing digital app and tools for easing material management.
• Support the analysis and reporting of CAPTT and OEE data, ensuring accuracy and the timely availability of Industrial Engineering performance indicators.
