World Food Programme is seeking an Evidence, Monitoring & Reporting Consultant within the School Meals Accelerator. The role focuses on strengthening SMA’s measurement, reporting, and adaptive learning across country engagements.

Individual will lead data collection, analysis, and the production of high-quality reporting products, ensuring alignment with systemic learning and donor expectations. Based in Rome, with cross-country coordination and collaboration across units.

Competenze

• Advanced degree or equivalent with strong analytical training.
• 5+ years in international development, humanitarian, or public sector data and reporting.
• Experience synthesizing data into actionable insights for leadership.

Mansioni

• Operationalize measurement framework with system indicators and baselines.
• Collect, validate, and synthesize quantitative/qualitative data from partners.
• Lead end-to-end reporting workflows including donor reporting and planning cycles.
• Produce evidence briefs, visuals, and methodological notes for decision makers.
