Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Retail Travel Intern at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will analyze sales and stock data, prepare weekly performance reports, and support store teams with product knowledge and merchandising priorities.

You will collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams, and translate store feedback into actionable recommendations. This internship offers growth opportunities and a monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Travel Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

In this role you will support the team in the following activities:

• Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve sell-through
• Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock performance analyses

Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and strategic merchandising priorities

Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams

Collect and structure feedback from stores, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future collections

Leverage CRM insights and client data to optimize product performance and maximize key business moments
