Intelligent Apps GmbH in Rome, Italy, is seeking a Supply Growth Manager to drive the end-to-end driver acquisition plan for Italy using BI tools and territory analytics. You will identify and scale commercial partnerships with fleet owners and cooperatives, coordinate city launches, and oversee the local driver office to ensure onboarding and compliance.

Fluent Italian and English are required, with 3-5 years in operations or related roles.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, sales or customer success in a marketplace or mobility context.
• Experience supporting supply growth, negotiating partnerships with fleet operators or cooperatives.
• Advanced ability to use BI tools, Excel and Google Sheets for data-driven decisions.
• Fluent Italian and English due to regular interaction with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience managing external partner relationships with fleets and cooperatives.
• Strong communication skills to handle complex situations and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate operational challenges and maintain service continuity.
