Coesia S.p.A. seeks graduates for its international Coesia Graduates Program, an entry path into a dynamic technology environment in Italy and beyond. In this versatile role you will work on industrial automation, machine learning and digital solutions from concept through deployment.

You will develop and validate ML models, then operationalize them in production with cross‑functional teams. The two‑year program offers structured learning, mentorship and opportunities for long‑term employment.

Competenze

• Master's degree or final year student in CS, AI, data science or related fields.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics, plus Python skills.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and ML deployment workflows.

Mansioni

• Support development and deployment of ML solutions in production.
• Monitor models, track performance, and ensure data quality.
• Assist MLOps tasks including versioning, CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with software engineers and AI specialists to move models to production.
• Contribute to cloud-based ML environments and infrastructure.
• Participate in testing, validation and continuous improvement of ML systems.
• Help define best practices for reliability and scalability of ML solutions.
