Teads is seeking a a results-focused Agency Sales professional to join our Milano team. You will build and expand relationships with independent Italian agencies, collaborating with Account Managers, Creative, and Ad Operations to present integrated omnichannel campaigns.

You will own commercial support tasks, draft compelling proposals, track pipeline health, and identify fresh business leads to help the Italian Agency team meet revenue targets.

• Experience in digital media sales or agency support roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with Italian clients.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to close opportunities.
