Currie & Brown in Milan is seeking a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor to join our team on site. You will manage quantity take-offs from CAD and BIM models, build accurate BOQs, and oversee cost estimation and post-contract cost control across hospitality, data center, logistics and residential projects.

The role requires 2+ years in cost management in Italy, fluency in Italian and strong English, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and cost-estimating software.

Competenze

• Native or fluent Italian; excellent English communications.
• 2+ years in quantity takeoff, pricing and cost management in Italy.

Mansioni

• Extract quantities from CAD (DWG) and BIM models to build BOQs/Computi Metrici.
• Perform cost analyses for labor and materials in design stages.
• Apply regional price lists (DEI, Prezzari Regionali) and market data for pricing.
• Prepare tender documentation and evaluate bids; advise on contracts.
• Review SAL, variations and forecasts; manage post-contract cost control.
• Negotiate and manage contracts; liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain budgets.
