You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing pitches, financial analyses, and client presentations, and work with analysts and associates to execute deals. Ideal candidates bring prior investment banking experience, strong modelling skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Solid background in investment banking with deal completion.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and prepare valuations and analyses.
• Draft marketing pitches and client presentations for M&A.
• Keep abreast of market developments affecting deals.
• Collaborate with country/industry product colleagues during origination and execution.
• Organize and manage M&A processes; support due diligence and deal docs.
• Liaise with clients, advisers, and regulators as applicable.
