Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management seeks a Senior Associate to join the Funds Sales Support team in Milan on a permanent contract.

You will lead advanced analysis of fund sales, oversee risk controls, and coordinate client advisor presentations to ensure accurate data and compliance. You will supervise reporting, engage with insurers, asset managers, and advisory desks, and drive cross-functional projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the Italian retail investors market.
• Deep understanding of Lux and Irish UCITS ranges and the Italian fund industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent relationship management and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
• Italian and English fluent (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis of fund sales and business performance.
• Oversee business risk management and ensure effective controls.
• Coordinate and monitor workflow for Client Advisor presentations.
