The Coca-Cola Company in Milan offers a one-year legal internship designed to support the global legal team on contracts, compliance and governance matters.

You will review contracts, assist with BoD meetings and minutes, and contribute to cross-country legal projects, working in a fast-paced international environment with English and Italian language requirements.

Start date is October 2026, with a structured development program and exposure to iconic brands.

Competenze

• Law degree with high score is required.
• Admission to the bar in Italy; master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of Italian and EU law.

Mansioni

• support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
• support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
• support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
• support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
• support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
• legislation and case law research;
• day-to-day assistance on legal matters.
