Linklaters Italy is seeking an outstanding Italian law student in their final years for a four-month internship in the Corporate department of the Milan office starting November 2026.

You will participate in research, due diligence, memo preparation and document review, gaining exposure to M&A, corporate governance and related finance work. Fluent English is essential, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Must be Italian law student in final year.
• Excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning abilities.

• Conduct legal research and support due diligence processes.
• Assist in data room entry and document review.
