The Coca-Cola Company in Milan, Italy, offers a one-year legal internship starting October 2026. You will support the Europe legal counsel responsible for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland, reviewing contracts, marketing materials, privacy and corporate documents while gaining cross-country exposure.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree with high scores, are admitted to the Italian bar or pursuing an LL.M., and are fluent in English and Italian.

Competenze

• Law degree with high score is required.
• Admission to the bar in Italy as well as master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of Italian and EU law.

Mansioni

• Support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and product labels.
• Support and review of administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls/minutes, Shareholders meeting calls/minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy).
• Support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231.
• Support privacy, compliance and administrative documents.
• Support the European legal team on cross-country projects.
• Legislation and case law research.
• Day-to-day assistance on legal matters.

What You'll Do for Us :

You will support the Legal Counsel Europe responsible for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland, in particular:
