Heritage offers a paid Legal Intern position in Milan for six months, starting in October, within a diverse international team. You will support the Legal function on corporate, contractual, governance and compliance matters, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day operations of an international group across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and cross‑function teams, developing practical understanding of how law intersects with business, finance and operations

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents, terms, and schedules.

Mansioni

• Support corporate governance and day-to-day legal operations, including board and shareholder materials.
• Assist on strategic corporate projects, including financing transactions and cross-border initiatives.
• Maintain Group corporate structure and statutory documentation across jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and maintain intercompany, financing and commercial agreements.
• Support KYC, AML and compliance processes with banks and investors.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments; advise on business impact.
