GE Vernova invites motivated graduates to join its Finance Internship Program in Italy. You will engage in the core FP&A cycles, enhance reporting, and contribute to KPIs while gaining exposure to cross-functional finance roles and senior leadership sessions.

The program offers project-based learning across FP&A, Tax, Controllership, Supply Chain Finance, and more, with pathways to develop technical and business acumen in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Italian work permit is required.
• Candidate profile: ready to graduate or very recent MSc/Master in Accounting or Finance.
• Education: Major in Accounting or Finance is considered a plus.
• Experience: Multinational environment experience highly valued.
• International experience: exchange programs will be considered a plus.
• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Technical: Proficient in Excel and other financial tools.
• Work flexibility: Primarily office-based.

Responsabilités

Job Description Summary

Job Description

You will actively contribute to the main financial planning, analysis and reporting cycles of key business KPIs (income statement, balance sheet and operational metrics), with a strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning. You will be part of multiple initiatives to help you grow your personal and professional knowledge, such as technical training/knowledge sharing sessions and roundtables with senior leaders from the business.

According to the core scope of your role, you will work cross-functionally with finance, commercial operations, supply chain and engineering to ensure standard frameworks are in place and to drive accountability. We currently offer internship experiences in the below functional areas:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Statutory & Tax

• Project/Operational Finance

• Controllership

• Global Supply Chain and Sourcing Finance

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Eligibility: Italian work permit is required

• Experience: Previous experience in a multinational environment is highly valued

• International experience: participation to exchange programs will be considered a plus

• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other financial tools

• Work Flexibility: Primarily office-based

EMPLOYMENT DATES:

• Internship duration: minimum 6 months, potential extension up to 12 months (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

• Full time work preferred: 40 hours/week, with some flexibility related to study/exam commitments
