Job summary

GE Vernova invites motivated graduates to join its Finance Internship Program in Italy. You will engage in the core FP&A cycles, enhance reporting, and contribute to KPIs while gaining exposure to cross-functional finance roles and senior leadership sessions.

The program offers project-based learning across FP&A, Tax, Controllership, Supply Chain Finance, and more, with pathways to develop technical and business acumen in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Italian work permit is required.
• Candidate profile: ready to graduate or very recent MSc/Master in Accounting or Finance.
• Education: Major in Accounting or Finance is considered a plus.
• Experience: Multinational environment experience highly valued.
• International experience: exchange programs will be considered a plus.
• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Technical: Proficient in Excel and other financial tools.
• Work flexibility: Primarily office-based.

Responsibilities

• Support the main financial planning, analysis and reporting cycles (income statement, balance sheet, KPIs).
• Focus on process improvement and continuous learning; participate in trainings and roundtables with senior leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, commercial ops, supply chain and engineering to ensure standard frameworks.
