Qualifications

Eligible to work in Italy (Italian work permit)
Ready to graduate or very recent graduate from MSc or Masters
Major in Accounting or Finance is a plus
Experience in multinational environment is valued

Responsibilities

Support main financial planning, analysis and reporting cycles for KPIs (income statement, balance sheet, operational metrics) with a focus on process improvement
Engage in technical training and roundtables with senior leaders to grow knowledge
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, commercial operations, supply chain and engineering to ensure standard frameworks are in place and drive accountability
Participate in multiple internship initiatives across FP&A, Statutory & Tax, Project/Operational Finance, Controllership and Global Supply Chain Finance
