TikTok is offering a Global Business Solutions Project Intern program in Milan for BS/MS students. The role includes exposure to TikTok’s business operations, mentorship, and hands-on projects, with a minimum 3-month commitment and a requirement to work in Milan five days in-office.

Applicants should be pursuing a Master's degree, be available immediately for six months, and demonstrate English proficiency.

Competenze

• Enrolled in Master’s degree or above for the entire internship duration.
• Available immediately for 6 months.
• Must complete internship in Milan with 5 days in-office attendance.
• English proficiency required for professional communication.
• Experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales or Operations is preferred.

Mansioni

• Establish and manage key strategic projects in partnership with Customer Success lead
• Deliver key programs to retain and drive revenue growth
• Continuous analysis of business results and support for QBRs and Business Reviews for CSM team
• Support ownership of key product strategy for agencies and large advertisers
• Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales
