Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Business Development Intern for TikTok Shop Italy with a 12-week commitment. You will help identify and onboard e-commerce brands, provide development strategies, and support outreach to book meetings, while collaborating with account managers to analyze growth opportunities through data.

The program offers hands-on experience, industry exposure and development workshops, with social events and learning programs throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any similar field.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks.
• Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective/in-app experience.
• Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights.
• Data-driven, strong execution with attention to detail, good communication, collaborative, and good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification; Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and - once onboarded - first product listings and sales.
• Support outreach activities through email campaigns and calls to book meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers to analyse the category growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
• Follow up on product selection and submission for key special campaigns and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the post campaign performance
