Arkage in Rome is seeking a Client Management professional to manage assigned clients and projects, reporting to the Head of Operations and the Account Director. You will drive project delivery from brief to completion, ensuring scope, timing, quality and budgets are met while nurturing long-term client relationships.

You may participate in pitches for private sector clients and will lead meetings; you will also monitor profitability and align with administrative and finance teams on billing

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and lead operational meetings and status updates.
• Oversee end-to-end management of agency projects including planning, scope, timing, quality, and budgets.
• Lead project delivery with minimal oversight and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Involve in pitch processes for private sector clients and present project delivery plans.
• Autonomously manage project budgets and cost plans; coordinate with CX Manager and finance on billing milestones.
• Coordinate photo/video production or event management processes as needed.
• Liaise with external suppliers (production companies, freelancers, partners) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliverables.

• You will work within the Client Management team and report to the Head of Operations and to the Account Director, managing assigned clients and projects with a focus on effective delivery and long-term relationships.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of agency projects, ensuring proper planning, task execution and delivery according to scope, timing, quality standards and agreed budgets.
• You will manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, preparing and leading operational meetings and status updates, working with minimal oversight. .
• You may be involved in pitch processes, especially in the private sector, managing the project team from brief to final presentation, and presenting the project management and delivery plan to the client.
• You will autonomously manage project budgets and cost plans, in agreement with the CX Manager, monitoring profitability and ensuring alignment with the administrative and finance teams on billing pipeline and milestones.
• Could be requested to manage photo/video production processes or event management process.
• You will manage relationships with external suppliers involved in the project (e.g. production companies, freelancers, technical partners), overseeing timings, costs and quality of deliverables.
