Arsenalia in Mestre, Italy seeks a BI & Analytics professional to deliver Microsoft-based data solutions. You’ll work on Power BI, SQL Server, Fabric, Synapse, and Databricks, driving digital transformation for enterprise clients. Travel to client sites may be required.

You’ll engage in pre‑sales activities, gather requirements, and propose tailored data/AI solutions, while growing through our Changemaker Path and learning programs.

How you’ll make a difference

Work on Microsoft application implementation projects, leveraging Microsoft data platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.

Design and implement innovative solutions for medium and large enterprises as part of their Digital Transformation initiatives.

Gain exposure to and deepen your understanding of business processes across a variety of domains, including sales, finance & controlling, logistics, customer service, marketing, Internet of Things (IoT), and more.

Explore and work with other Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Artificial Intelligence, and Dynamics 365.

Thrive in a dynamic and stimulating environment that supports your professional growth, alongside skilled, motivated, and collaborative teammates.

Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by engaging with clients, gathering business requirements, presenting solution approaches, and supporting the definition of tailored data and AI solutions.

What we’re looking for

Experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €45,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
