Sacco System is seeking a highly motivated Scientist for its Lombardy R&D group in Cadorago. The role combines development of microbial bioinformatics pipelines with selective wet-lab activities (DNA extraction, PCR) and the preparation of technical reports within an integrated research environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines for microbial genomics and multi-omics data.
• Perform standard wet-lab activities when required.
• Contribute to projects including experimental design, data analysis, and report writing.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare scientific presentations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation in line with internal standards.
