The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to be based at the Italian plant in Niella Tanaro (CN). You will oversee constant and periodic maintenance of buildings and equipment, drive TPM, and coordinate internal and external maintenance activities across the site.

Strong leadership and English proficiency are required, French is a plus. Ideal candidates hold a degree in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance with extensive experience in maintenance and new works, and

Responsabilités

Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to be based in the italian plant in Niella Tanaro (CN)

Main Responsibilities In The Role

• Guarantee the constant and periodic maintenance of all industrial building and equipments through a well defined maintenance plan
• Directly Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and constructions on new building, machinery, installation, ecc....
• Manage plant general service coordinating people activities (internal maintenance, cleaning, external provider).
• Implementation and coordination of TPM.
• Ensure high level of OEE for all industrial machinery through a strong implementation of TPM activity.
• To define contracts with suppliers of machine and mantain a proper level of spare parts for machine.

To be Successful in this Role

• Professional degree in electrical engineering or industrial maintenance, with at least 10 years of experience in maintenance and new works.
• Knowledge of industrial equipments.
• Ability to prepare specifications and negotiate a service contract.
• People management and project-management skills.
• Goog planning, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to solve unexpected and complex operational problems
• Analysis capabilities
