HPE Group S.p.a. in Modena is looking for an experienced technician to perform inspection and conformity verification of automotive components. Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a mechanical diploma.

You will be responsible for operating ZEISS measuring machines, programming software, and conducting detailed inspections according to quality standards.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in the role.
• Excellent knowledge of both digital and analog measuring instruments.
• Ability to program 3D measuring instruments (ZEISS CALYPSO).

Mansioni

• Perform inspection and conformity verification of components.
• Conduct inspections of components for quality standards.
• Record and upload documentary material.

Position

Performs inspection and conformity verification of components, following the defined sampling plan. The components handled are mainly automotive and especially motorsport, particularly engines.

Responsibilities and activities:

• Program ZEISS software
• Operate ZEISS coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
• Conduct inspections of components
• Perform dimensional, visual and documentation conformity checks
• Program machines for dimensional testing
• Record and upload documentary material
• Comply with quality, environmental and safety rules
• Do not disclose confidential information to third parties
• Adapt to organizational changes as requested by the direct supervisor

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the role
• Mechanical diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF standards
• Knowledge of mechanical components
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical drawings
• Excellent knowledge of both digital and analog measuring instruments
• Excellent knowledge of ZEISS measuring machines
• Ability to program 3D measuring instruments (ZEISS CALYPSO)
• Visual inspection of complex mechanical components
