STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a highly motivated Metal Process Engineer to join our Power Front-End Technology R&D team in Sicily. You will contribute to development of advanced metal processing technologies and materials solutions for next-generation products, applying your knowledge of materials science and process engineering.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant materials field and hands-on research experience.
Strong fundamentals in metallurgy, materials science, and processing.
Experience with DOE, data analysis, and characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

Support development and optimization of metal processing technologies.
Conduct lab experiments and evaluate process performance.
Assist in DOE design and data interpretation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer.
