Technogym cerca un Ingegnere Tecnologo dei Metalli con esperienza in carpenteria, saldatura e lavorazioni CNC, in grado di definire standard tecnici e guidare progetti. Sarai punto di riferimento per le operations di produzione: progettazione di processi, definizione degli standard qualitativi, soluzioni di manifattura sostenibile e controllo costo-qualità, collaborando con R&D, Qualità e Produzione.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, esperienza in carpenteria,

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o campo correlato.
• Esperienza in carpenteria, saldatura e lavorazioni CNC.
• Forte conoscenza di materiali, utensili e processi di produzione.
• Conoscenza di software CAD/CAM e strumenti di simulazione dei processi.

Mansioni

Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Metal Technologist Engineer with deep expertise in carpentry, welding, and machining processes — someone who doesn’t just follow standards, but defines them.

You will be the technical reference point for our manufacturing operations: leading process design, setting the quality benchmark, and driving cost-effective, sustainable manufacturing solutions that reflect Technogym’s excellence.

Your Impact

• Set and own the technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
• Manage technical documentation and design internal training programmes that elevate the skills and culture of the manufacturing team.
• Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, driving timely updates to existing standards to keep Technogym at the cutting edge.
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to turn design ambitions into manufacturable, compliant reality.
• Lead testing and validation of components, ensuring every part that leaves our facilities meets the highest performance and safety benchmarks.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that push our processes and materials to new levels of quality and efficiency.

About You

What you should bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Leadership.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
