We are looking for a Plastic Technologist Engineer who will be a trusted technical reference on plastic technologies across the organization.
You will lead the definition of engineering standards, drive the strategic selection of materials and processes, and shape the technical direction of plastic component development from concept to production.
As a key point of reference for our R&D, Quality, and Production teams, you will translate cutting‑edge plastic engineering principles into high‑quality, cost‑efficient, and sustainable solutions that set the benchmark for Technogym's product excellence.
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also downto‑earth and ethical.
You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation. You are results and customer‑driven and strive to continuously improve.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
