Arcadis is seeking a Site MES IT Coordinator to support MES project implementation and post-go-live at the manufacturing site in Italy. You will coordinate between site users, Global MES, IT, ERP, and partners to ensure alignment and smooth MES operations.

You will manage requirements, design, build, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, and steady-state support, with focus on site readiness and governance across the MES lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, IT or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, and MES platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge of MES interfaces, access, devices, and support processes.

• Act as the main site-level IT coordinator and governance contact for MES project and support activities.
• Coordinate MES lifecycle activities from design to go-live and steady-state support.
• Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness with clear ownership.
• Facilitate discussions between site users, Global MES teams, and offshore teams.
• Support site readiness, testing, and compliance-related activities.
