Ubique Systems is seeking a MES Consultant to coordinate site-level MES activities at the Monza manufacturing site. You will manage governance, requirements, and cross-functional collaboration with Global MES, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth MES delivery.

Responsibilities include leading data projects, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP, and driving adoption of digital solutions across the plant. Occasional travel (>50%) is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, IT or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and MES platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with global MES teams, IT, validation, and vendors.

• Act as the main site-level IT coordinator for MES projects and support.
• Coordinate MES lifecycle activities from requirements to steady-state operations.
• Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness with clear ownership.
• Lead cross-functional discussions between site users, Global MES and offshore teams.
• Support site readiness for infrastructure, access, devices, and connectivity.
• Drive data projects and ensure secure data flow from shop-floor to analytics.
