Ubique Systems is seeking a Site MES Coordination Lead to act as the main IT coordinator for MES projects across manufacturing sites in Italy, driving governance and alignment with Operations, Quality, and Global MES teams.

You will oversee MES lifecycle activities from requirements through hypercare, ensure data integrity across SCADA, DCS, and MES platforms, and lead change management with strong stakeholder engagement. Expect heavy travel to site locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and MES platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of MES applications, interfaces, user access, infrastructure, shopfloor devices, and support processes.
• Experience in business process reengineering and translating site needs into MES requirements.
• Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and CSV expectations.
• Experience coordinating with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, IT, infrastructure, vendors, and offshore teams.

Mansioni

• Act as the main site-level IT coordinator and governance contact for MES project and support activities.
• Coordinate MES lifecycle activities including requirements, design, build, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, and steady-state operations.
• Track site MES actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and readiness items with clear ownership.
• Log, track, and elevate MES issues to the right support teams with clear business impact and priority.
• Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure adherence to specs, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Lead automation and data projects across DSD manufacturing sites from concept to user adoption.
• Own and coordinate technical delivery across SCADA, DCS, MES platforms, and data capture systems.
• Design and deploy data collection architectures enabling secure data flow to analytics platforms.
• Champion change management and adoption of new digital solutions.
• Travel frequently (>50%) to provide on-site leadership and training.
