Arcadis seeks an experienced Site MES IT Coordinator to drive MES governance and coordinate between site users, Global MES teams, IT, ERP, and partners. You will manage MES lifecycle activities from project start to go-live and steady-state support, ensuring alignment with shopfloor needs and regulatory expectations.

You will support process reengineering, infrastructure readiness, and effective change coordination across Operations, Quality, MSAT, and Validation teams at site level.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, IT, or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, and MES platforms.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of MES applications, interfaces, and support processes.
• Experience coordinating with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, IT, Infrastructure, vendors, and partners.
• Knowledge of MES integration with ERP, LIMS, and shopfloor devices is preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as the main site-level IT coordinator and governance contact for MES projects and support.
• Build relationships with Operations, Quality, Validation, IT, and Global MES teams to drive alignment.
• Coordinate MES lifecycle activities from requirements to go-live and steady-state support.
• Track actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness with clear ownership.
• Coordinate technical discussions between site users and offshore development teams.
• Support business process reengineering and alignment with MES templates.
• Capture site feedback to clarify MES requirements and local constraints.
• Ensure site readiness for infrastructure, access, devices, interfaces, and connectivity.
• Coordinate testing and CSV/compliance inputs with Quality and Validation teams.
• Maintain site MES governance, demand, changes, and escalations.
