RIMONDis seeking a proactive MEP Site Manager/Supervisor to oversee complex on-site activities across Italy. The role may be based in Rome or Milan, with travel to sites including Perugia and future assignments nationwide.

The successful candidate will manage MEP site operations, coordinate with Site Management and Technical Management, oversee subcontractors, testing, handover, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of project objectives.

Competenze

At least 15 years of site supervision experience on MEP systems.
Fluent Italian and English.
Ability to read and interpret digital drawings and technical documentation.

Mansioni

Supporting the management and daily monitoring of site activities and the operational direction of MEP systems.
Continuous interaction with and support to key on-site stakeholders, including the Site Manager, Construction Management, and Technical Management.
Assisting in the evaluation and selection of MEP subcontractors and analyzing technical proposals.
Supporting final testing and commissioning, and supervising all phases of system handover to the client.
Assisting in the preparation of key documents such as Work Progress Reports (SAL) and managing variations during construction.
Supervising, developing, and mentoring on-site project staff, and supporting work planning activities.
