LJB & Co, Milan-based, seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan. You will manage MEP packages, valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts across the full project lifecycle.

Working with project leadership, site teams and clients, you will drive cost control, contract compliance and robust reporting, while liaising on commercial matters and contributing to monthly cost reviews.

Competenze

• Proven Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP exposure.
• Experience with main contractors on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, valuations and cost control.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts.

Mansioni

• Manage MEP commercial activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review valuations, applications for payment and variation accounts.
• Administer subcontractor accounts and manage contractual obligations.
• Support procurement of MEP subcontract packages and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial reporting.
• Identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure contract compliance and adherence to main contract requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and site teams to align scope and delivery.
• Support change management, claims and compensation events where required.
• Liaise with client and consultant teams on commercial matters.
• Contribute to monthly cost reporting and project financial reviews.
