LJB & Co in Milan, Italy is seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to oversee the full commercial management of CSA packages for a flagship data centre project. You will work with project leadership, site teams, design managers and client representatives to ensure cost control, contract compliance and strong commercial performance.

Responsibilities include valuations, variations, procurement support, and subcontractor accounts handling across civil, structural and architectural scopes

Competenze

• Proven Quantity Surveyor experience with strong CSA exposure.
• Background working for main contractors on large-scale industrial or hyperscale data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural and architectural works.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts and complex packages.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, valuations and cost control.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar.
• Experience working within large multi-disciplinary project environments.

Mansioni

• Manage CSA commercial activities across the full project lifecycle
• Prepare and review valuations, applications for payment and variation accounts
• Administer subcontractor accounts and manage contractual obligations
• Support procurement of CSA subcontract packages and suppliers
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial reporting
• Identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensure contract compliance and adherence to main contract requirements
• Work closely with engineering and site teams to align scope and delivery
• Support change management, claims and compensation events where required
• Liaise with client and consultant teams on commercial matters
• Contribute to monthly cost reporting and project financial reviews
