Bosch Sensortec in Milan Design Center is seeking a MEMS design specialist to design MEMS structures and run simulations based on customer requirements. You will contribute to model-based design and optimization of MEMS accelerometers using MATLAB/Python and FEM tools.

The role requires 3–5 years of MEMS design experience, strong English, and German is a plus. You will join a cross-functional team and work on algorithms for design optimization within a dynamic development environment.

Competenze

Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is required or equivalent.
Fluent English (B2+); German a plus.
3–5 years of MEMS design experience and lab experimentation.
Autonomous, self-organized work style in a complex development environment.

Mansioni

Design MEMS structures based on specific customer requirements and mechanical/electrical behavior.
Perform model-based design and dedicated simulations to optimize MEMS structures (accelerometers).
Develop new algorithms for design optimization and improve simulation methods.
Collaborate in a cross-functional engineering team and take responsibility for design work packages.
Coordinate with project management and technology development for program success.
