Bosch Sensortec in the Milan Design Center is seeking a MEMS design engineer to shape the mechanical and electrical behavior of new MEMS structures based on customer requirements. You will perform model-based design and carry out simulations focusing on gyroscopes to optimize performance.

You will develop algorithms for design optimization and improve simulation methods while collaborating with a cross-functional team and coordinating with project management and technology development to ensure

Competenze

Master of Science or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
Fluent English (B2 minimum); German is a plus.
Experience with MATLAB/Python and Finite Element Simulation tools; Simulink skills preferred.
3-5 years of MEMS design and model development; cross-functional teamwork.
