Qualifications

• Solid background in hospitality.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Extra languages a plus.
• Hands-on mindset and calm under peak periods.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Legal right to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive vibe where members feel supported and connected.
• Connect members based on shared interests and drive engagement.
• Host community events and invite participation.
• Give engaging tours to potential new members.
• Manage daily hub operations, including inquiries and bookings.
• Keep spaces clean, organized, and ready for each shift.
• Explain house guidelines clearly and respond to requests warmly.
