The Medical University of South Carolina in Florence, SC seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join a dedicated lab team for full-time night shift (11:00 pm–9:30 am). You will perform routine and specialized tests, prepare specimens, operate automated instrumentation, and ensure accurate results.

This role emphasizes quality control, HIPAA privacy, and strict adherence to safety standards while contributing to patient care in a regional acute care setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an NAACLS-approved Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician program.
• Certification with ASCP, AMT, NCA, or HEW required

Mansioni

• Perform a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests per established protocols.
• Prepare specimens for testing and operate automated instrumentation.
• Conduct quality control procedures and document results in the specified system.
