Job summary

Fidia Farmaceutici, an Italian multinational headquartered in Abano Terme, is expanding its Medical Representative network in Specialty Care. The role covers Belluno, Treviso and Vicenza, representing Fidia's portfolio to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

You will provide scientific information, collect field feedback, maintain up-to-date files, and collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs and Sales.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific disciplines as required by Legislative Decree 219 of 2006.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Representative.
• Experience with various medical specialties is a plus.
• Knowledge of English language, level B1.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific information about products to healthcare professionals.
• Collect feedback and forward to Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales.
• Maintain up-to-date files with information from medical professionals.
• Ensure proper communication with local colleagues and team members to manage the business.

Job Description

With the aim of strengthening the network of medical representatives in the Specialty Care therapeutic area, we are recruiting Medical Representative - Specialty Care. The Medical representative / Informatrice scientifica / Informatore scientifico del farmaco will represent Fidia Farmaceutici and its products, in contact with health professionals and opinion leaders in the following area:

• Belluno, Treviso, Vicenza

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific information about the characteristics, therapeutic indications, efficacy, dosing, and side effects of products in the Fidia portfolio to healthcare professionals, in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
• Collect feedback on products and forward them to the Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales departments.
• Maintain up-to-date files with information from medical professionals.
• Ensure proper communication with local colleagues and other relevant team members to better manage the business.
• Achieve goals within approved deadlines and budget while maintaining constant monitoring of KPI's.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific disciplines as required by Legislative Decree 219 of 2006 and later amendments.
• At least 1 year of experience as Medical Representative. Experience with General Practitioners, Neurologists, Cardiologists, Geriatricians, Psychiatrists, Gynecologists or Urologists is considered a plus.
• Strong results orientation and ability to plan and analyze.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the English language, level B1.

Our offer

• Permanent contract or a first fixed-term contract, will be evaluated based on seniority in the role.
• Contract of the Chemical Pharmaceutical National Collective Agreement.
• Salary between € 41.600 and € 52.000 based on seniority in the role. In addition, a net annual per diem allowance equal to approximately 10% of the salary will be paid (based on field assignments).
• Sales Incentive Plan.
