Qualifications

• Master’s degree in scientific fields such as biology, medicine, pharmacy or pharmaceutical chemistry.
• Ph.D. in life sciences or related field; or at least 1 year of pharma industry experience; direct Medical Affairs exposure preferred.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); ability to learn quickly and negotiate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Create and update educational contents and materials for products and diseases; disseminate study data and literature.
• Translate clinical data for audiences with diverse backgrounds and ensure accuracy.
• Support medical affairs activities and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, CROs and KOLs.
• Review and revise medical and promotional materials for compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Identify KOLs, expert speakers and academicians for technical and clinical insights.

Formation

Master’s Degree in scientific fields

Ph.D. in Life Sciences / related field

1 year pharma industry experience (clinical/research)

Job Description With the aim of strengthening our Corporate Medical Affairs team, we are recruiting a Corporate Medical Affairs Expert In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team to support key initiatives, from data generation and publications to medical training, congresses, and external expert engagement. Main responsibilities:

• Create and update all educational contents and materials related to the assigned products and associated disease states, related publications.
• Search, update and disseminate data derived from clinical studies, registries, published literature, and translate the information to audiences with diverse backgrounds.
• Support in the scientific aspects of medical affairs activities and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, CRO, KOLs.
• Support in the accurate and compliant revision of the content of medical and commercial materials, including but not limited to medical symposia, formal congress presentations, and all marketing and sales materials according to Fidia’s SOPs, policies and processes.
• Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry, expert speakers, and well-known academicians who can provide technical and clinical insight with real-world applications.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in scientific fields, preferably Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or equivalent.
• Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field; or a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience (Clinical Research, Preclinical, Regulatory Affairs, or Pharmacovigilance). Direct experience in Medical Affairs is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a CRO would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong ability to learn, adaptability and negotiation skills.

Our offer:

• Permanent contract or an initial fixed-term contract may be considered, depending on the candidate’s experience and profile.
• Salary between 33.900€ and 42.000€.
