Job summary

Telema S.r.l. is seeking a Sales Manager for Medical OEM Components & Business Development to drive direct sales in Italy and abroad. You will identify new OEM customers, lead negotiations and build long-term relationships with engineering, R&D, procurement and supply chain teams.

The role includes managing a small commercial team, traveling nationally and across Europe, and contributing to international growth initiatives within a permanent contract structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3/5 years of proven experience in the role with strong results.
• Exclusive background in medical components or medical device suppliers.
• Experience managing a small commercial team.
• Fluent in English (C1) mandatory.
• Technical background or engineering education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct commercial activity across Italian and international markets.
• Identify and develop new OEM customers within the medical device sector.
• Lead commercial negotiations and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Interface with customers’ engineering, R&D, procurement and supply chain teams.
• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio.
• Contribute to the company’s international growth strategy.
• Coordinate and support the daily activities of 2 international Account Managers.
• Participate in international trade shows and industry events.
