Laboratoires Filorga, a pioneer in cosmetics inspired by aesthetic medicine, is establishing a new strategic role that will serve as the scientific face of the brand to Dermatologists, Aesthetic Doctors, and Plastic Surgeons and will have a key role in combining medical information with commercial development in the Lazio region, through training activities.
The ideal candidate will not only have the task of educating and engaging the medical profession but will also operate in synergy with proximity pharmacies and personally manage the opening and development of aesthetic medicine clinics as authorized brand retailers.
Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: € 31.600 – € 37.500 gross per year
This position is offered under a permanent employment contract.
The role is governed by the applicable Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CCNL") Commerce, including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position.
The initial compensation within the above range will be determined on the basis of objective, transparent and gender‑neutral criteria, including professional experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, scope of responsibilities, role requirements, location, applicable CCNL classification and internal company policies.
Subject to role eligibility and applicable company policy, employees may also be eligible to participate in variable compensation programs tied to company and/or individual performance, including an annual target bonus opportunity.
In addition to the rights and benefits provided under applicable law and the relevant CCNL, employees may be eligible, depending on role and company policy, for supplementary benefits, which may include meal vouchers or reimbursement, insurance coverage, company devices, health and welfare programs, and additional role‑specific benefits.
