Hill's Pet Nutrition Customer Development Intern in Rome is part of Colgate-Palmolive. The role focuses on supporting the Vet & Pet retail channel within a multinational European environment, handling data management, commercial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in management engineering or business administration and are proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace, with good English language skills.

• Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables and advanced functions for commercial analysis and reporting). Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Hill’s Pet Nutrition Customer Development Intern

Join our Customer Development team to provide essential commercial and project support for the Vet & Pet retail channel within a multinational European environment, focusing on these key areas:

• Data Management & Commercial Analysis: Monitor, extract, and analyze sales data and KPIs to support the team's commercial decisions and strategic planning


• Retail & Sales Support: Assist the Key Account and Field teams in their daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across the Vet and Pet retail channels

Required Qualifications:

• Education : Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration.


• Tools & IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables and advanced functions for commercial analysis and reporting). Good knowledge of Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides).


• Languages : Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Self-starter & Proactive: Able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently, paired with a highly analytical mindset


• Entrepreneurial & Fast-paced: An explorer with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned
