Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair medical equipment on-site.
• Conduct testing and calibration for optimal performance.
• Train healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and moderate corrective work.
• Document work, debriefing, parts orders and KPI metrics.
• Ensure EHS and regulatory compliance and standards.
• Support contract and on-demand revenue growth with customers.
• Escalate complex problems to senior peers when needed.
• Communicate with customers and manage installations as escalation point.
• Assist with remote diagnostics and network/IP configuration.
