Hantech Medical Italy S.p.A. is seeking a Project Engineer to support customer projects from initiation through implementation at our Italian site.

You will coordinate requirements, timelines, and technical activities, acting as the bridge between customers and our manufacturing team. The role targets candidates with at least 1 year of experience in project management or related engineering roles who wish to build a career in medical devices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, technical/manufacturing, production, R&D, or medical devices.
• Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
• Previous experience in medical devices, biomedical, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customer projects from project initiation to completion.
• Act as a key contact between customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate project requirements, timelines, technical updates and customer feedback.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D and other internal functions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and follow up on actions.
• Participate in customer meetings and support project management activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and project status updates.
• Support new product introduction and industrialization projects.
• Coordinate with China-based technical and project teams when required.
• Occasionally travel to visit customers or attend trade shows and industry events.
