Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering high-quality patient care. You will interact directly with patients, assist with clinical procedures, and help coordinate care to create a positive healthcare experience daily.

The role involves a rotating shift with opportunities to work after hours at differential pay. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a focus on compassionate care and patient education.

Competenze

• Education requirements as listed: high school diploma or equivalent and MA-related training.
• Credentialed MA or EMT/Paramedic pathways are preferred as noted.
• Current CPR certification is desirable and may be required.

Mansioni

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and provider instructions to patients.
• Provide patient and family education to support better health outcomes.
• Coordinate care and serve as a liaison between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
