Trinity Health in Michigan is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support examination and treatment processes. You will collect patient information, document in the EMR, assist with procedures, administer medications and educate patients and caregivers.

The role involves taking vitals, coordinating with clinical staff, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring accurate records while upholding HIPAA and patient service standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; MA program/externship or equivalent credentials.
• MA-Non-Credentialed I: MA eligible, or EMT with MI license, or Paramedic with NR/MI license; CPR required.
• 0-1 year clinical experience preferred; 2+ years in clinical support accepted with testing/evaluation.

• Greet patients and escort to examination room and document visit reason.
• Enter orders and update EMR with vital signs and history; track test results.
• Administer medications per provider; assist with in-office procedures and testing.
