De'Longhi Group seeks a hands-on, data-driven Media Strategist to lead retail media campaigns across Europe. You will manage campaigns with major retailers and bridge performance marketing with commercial sales to optimize digital shelf presence.
Strong analytical mindset and English fluency are required, with a passion for Retail Media and a learning path to grow within the role. Flexible work hours and remote options are available as part of the package.
We are looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven Media Strategist willing to learn and explore the Retail Media world across Europe. You will become the engine room of our retail media plans, working directly within the ecosystems of partners like MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro, Darty, and more.
As a key member of the Global Paid Media team, you will bridge the gap between performance marketing and commercial sales, ensuring our products are winning the \"digital shelf\" and driving measurable ROI.

We will give you the chance to learn about Retail Media and play a central role in shaping the retail media roadmap for a global player. This isn't a \"siloed\" role; you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, working directly with the Head of Paid Media to redefine how we sell in the digital age.
Our salary range for this position is 40-55.000€, plus MBO, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is metalmeccanico.
